Create New Chatbot
How to Create Your AI Chatbot
Click the Create New Chatbot button. Give it a name (e.g., "Support
Bot") and a description. This initializes your new AI assistant.
Once created, click Manage on the chatbot card.
Add Documents: Add Q&A pairs manually (e.g., Question: "What
are your hours?", Answer: "9am-5pm EST").
Bulk Import: Upload a CSV file with question,
answer, and category columns to add many items at
once.
Click the Test button to try out your chatbot in a popup window. This
allows you to verify its answers before making it live.
Click Get Code to get the JavaScript snippet. Paste this code into your
website's HTML (before the </body> tag) to make the chatbot appear on
your site.
